Overview of the "Musica Domani" search engine
The journal "Musica Domani" - official organ of the SIEM - turned 50 in 2020. On this occasion, the editorial staff decided to create a search engine to allow teachers, scholars, students and simple enthusiasts to easily trace the contributions of interest through targeted searches.
The editorial staff had an Excel file of the articles published since 1971. The migration procedure from Excel to GRID made it possible to easily transfer the contents of the Excel file, designed and maintained over the years by the editorial staff, into GRID.
Currently the search engine database contains 2279 articles.
The management and maintenance of this database is done by the editorial staff of the journal, in full autonomy, with a GRID dispositive application.
